MNS type low-voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as low-voltage switchgear) is a product that our company combines with the development trend of our country's low-voltage switchgear, improves the selection of its electrical components and cabinet structure, and re-registers it.The electrical and mechanical properties of the product fully meet the technical requirements of the original MNS product.

This low-voltage switchgear is suitable for power systems with AC 50-60HZ and rated working voltage of 660V and below, as equipment control for power generation, power transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption.

In addition to general land use, this low-voltage switchgear can also be used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants after special treatment.

This low-voltage switchgear complies with IEC439, VDE0660 Part 5, GB7251.12-2013 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment Part 2: Complete power switch and control equipment" standards and JB/T9661 "Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear" industry standard.

Operating Environment Conditions

1. The ambient temperature should not be higher than +40, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not be higher than +35, and the minimum ambient temperature should not be lower than -5.

2. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (for example: 90% when +20).

3. The altitude does not exceed 2000m.

4. It is allowed to transport and store under the temperature condition of -25℃—+50, and allow the temperature not to exceed +70within 24 hours.

5.The earthquake intensity is less than 9 degrees.

Rated working current of vertical bus: 800A for drawout type MCC for single or double side operation, 1000A for movable type; 800-2000A for single side operation MCC with cabinet depth of 1000mm.

The protection grade IP54 is not recommended due to serious derating.

Order Instructions

When ordering, the user should provide the following data:

1. Primary circuit scheme and single-line system diagram.

2. Secondary circuit schematic diagram or wiring diagram.

3. Arrangement drawing of switch cabinet and floor plan of power distribution room.

4. Layout drawing of various electrical equipment installed in each switchgear.

5. Provide the working current and short-circuit current of the horizontal bus, and select the bus specification according to the factory standard. The factory standard bus specification is 10*30*2, 10*60*2, 10*80*2, 10*60*4, 10*80 *2*2,10*60*4*2, if the bus specification is not specified, it will be selected by the factory.

6. Provide the name of each circuit, the number of words is limited to 10 words, if not provided, the manufacturer only provides a blank sign board.

7. If you need to mark the function name of the control switch or transfer switch or button in the auxiliary circuit, you need to provide the content

8. The test position of the drawer is realized by a position switch. If this test position is required, the contact must be connected in the system.
