Product Introduction

For over 10 years we have been producing quality designed and built cost effective solar panels that have been sold all over the globe.

Our panels are made of tempered glass with high light transmittance,EVA,solar cell,backplane, aluminum alloy, junction Box, Silica gel.

Solar cells, also known as “solar chips” or “photocells”, are photoelectric semiconductor sheets that use sunlight to directly generate electricity. Single solar cells cannot be used directly as power sources. As a power source, several single solar cells must be connected in series, connected in parallel and tightly sealed into components.

Solar panels (also called solar cell modules) are assembled by multiple solar cells, which are the core part of the solar power system and the most important part of the solar power system.

Solar panel composition and functions

(1) Tempered glass: Its function is to protect the main body of power generation (such as cell) , and the selection of light transmission is required:The light transmittance must be high (generally above 91%) ; super white tempered treatment.

(2) EVA: Used to bond and fix the tempered glass and the main body of power generation (cell) .

(3) Cells: The main function is to generate electricity.

(4) Backplane: Function, sealing, insulating and waterproof.

(5) Aluminum alloy: protect the laminate, play a certain role of sealing and supporting.

(6) Junction box: protect the entire power generation system and act as a current transfer station.

(7) Silica gel: sealing effect

Our solar panels are divided into monocrystalline silicon solar panels and polycrystalline silicon solar panels. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of monocrystalline silicon solar panels is higher than that of polycrystalline silicon solar panels. The voltage and wattage of the solar panel can be customized, usually from 5watt to 300watt. The price of solar panels is calculated per watt.
